Dentistry actually chose me. The story goes like everybody else, I finished high school, I didn’t know what to became, I looked at a different field and then I realized there are some things I’m better at and like everybody of us have their favorite subjects, so mine was definitely a biology and I also like to help people, so I thought like maybe, maybe that healthcare is something that I should look at. I start looking at the different healthcare professions and the dentistry caught my eye because as a female gives me two different things.
One of them was the healthcare, helping people, making them happy, make them feel good about themselves and another part which I also started to love was the business part of it and maybe we are better sometimes at treating patients than business side, it still can caught my eye and thought like maybe this is something that I should go for and being a mother and being also a wife gives me a little bit more time in this field, that means I can spend time with my patients and with my family, so give me a little bit of the balance which I was also looking for choosing my career. Then I started a college and all of a sudden I realized, wow, I really fell in love with that, that was something that I keep doing till today. I love what I do and the key to success in my opinion is to always, always learn and always share the best what you can with your patients, with your prospective patients as well, so the education is another part of what I love to do, not only my patient but I also like to share my knowledge with my colleagues if they of course want to listen, which I hope they do.
